Hey there!
I'm Kristine and the owner of Zoey & Opal! I wanted to take this time to introduce myself... I'm a former ER nurse turned full-time boutique owner, small town dog mama, vacay lover with a passion for fashion! But there's always a backstory, right? Right. So, Let's dive in!
WHO WE ARE
Zoey & Opal is a small online boutique that is woman owned and operated! Based out of St. Augustine, Florida, we love the sunshine and the ocean. And of course, we are dog lovers!
I worked in healthcare for over 9 years, seven of which were spent working as an ER nurse. It certainly was as crazy as you might imagine! But it started to take a toll on me mentally that I just couldn't shake. So, I decided to follow my dreams of being an entrepreneur and start my very own boutique! I hustled on the side for months before finally taking the leap to full-time boutique owning and starting a new chapter of life!
I feel that it is important to share these personal details with you since it plays a large roll into how important this boutique is to me and how passionate I am about doing what makes you happy! I am a strong believer in following dreams and prioritizing happiness.
OUR NAME
Zoey is my dog’s name! I rescued her when she was a few months old, she is now 5. Zoe or Zoey is from a Greek origin meaning “life.” Opal, meaning "precious stone," is my birthstone (where are my October babies?!) and has always been one of my favorite stones. They are said to be a stone of good luck and magic.
The name Zoey & Opal is a reminder to me that life is precious. I hope that when you see the name this will resonate with you!

This is a woman owned boutique that loves trendy, beachy, and feminine styles. With a passion for traveling to tropical destinations, we hope to inspire you to dress like you're on vacation! We focus on high-quality materials, affordable prices, and trendy styles while also prioritizing women owned vendors, products made in the USA, handmade items, and small batch production.
WHAT WE DO
We love to give back! We donate a portion of our proceeds to support local non-profit organizations. Although we are an online boutique, we love to support our local community and other small businesses. Are you a local gal? We collaborate with other small businesses and have pop-up shops monthly! We find a lot of passion in lifting up one another and building community. In this life every one of you deserves to feel fulfilled and full of happiness. I just hope to bring you cute clothing that brings you a little joy along the way and inspire you to chase those dreams!
